Zero shortcuts on roofs and switchgear

Construction and O&M work are only worth doing if people and assets are safe. SecuSolar works with trained crews, proper personal protective equipment and documented procedures – and aligns with your EHS system, whether it is based on ISO 45001, OSHA, or in-house company standards.

On-site safety practices

  • Full body harnesses, lifelines and anchor points for rooftop work.
  • Clear work-at-height plans and rescue concepts before starting critical tasks.
  • Lock-out / tag-out procedures for electrical isolation and re-energising.
  • Toolbox talks and method statements for high-risk activities.
  • Segregated work areas, barricades and signage to protect your staff and operations.
  • Use of appropriate PPE: helmets, gloves, footwear, eye and hearing protection.
For multi-site or long-term work, we can schedule activities around production, shutdowns and maintenance windows to minimise disruption.

Standards & compliance alignment

  • Ability to work under customer EHS frameworks, including systems based on ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
  • Familiarity with OSHA-style safe work practices for work at height, electrical work and confined-space related activities.
  • Respect for your internal permit-to-work, hot work, and line-clearance procedures.
  • Designs based on Thai regulations and manufacturer guidelines for PV and electrical gear.
  • Selective coordination of protections for PV, BESS and grid, and clear separation between AC/DC and safe cable routing.
  • Documentation to support utility, insurance and internal audit requirements.
We don’t force a “one size fits all” system – instead we plug into the level of documentation and control that your organisation already uses and expects.

Training, supervision and documentation

  • Work is supervised by personnel with practical field experience in solar and electrical work.
  • Site inductions and visitor rules are respected before entering restricted areas.
  • As-built drawings, test reports and photo documentation are provided after completion.
  • For O&M contracts, recurring inspection reports make it clear what has been done and why.
The goal is simple: everyone goes home safe, and your plant remains insurable and compliant over the long term.
